Amouage Library Opus XVI Timber
A dark, woody and resinous fragrance, Opus XVI Timber opens with cardamom, cocoa, juniper and pink pepper, moves into incense, fir balsam and lavender, and rests on bourbon vanilla, cedarwood, sandalwood and patchouli. Timber Noir is our own interpretation of that style: smoky, balsamic woods with a touch of sweetness underneath.
Fragrance Profile
Olfactive family: Woody, resinous, spicy. Notes: Top: cardamom, cocoa, cypress, juniper, pink pepper. Heart: frankincense, fir balsam, lavender. Base: bourbon vanilla, cedarwood, sandalwood, patchouli. Character and mood: deep, atmospheric and made for autumn and winter.

Timber Noir is our own original composition inspired by Amouage Opus XVI Timber — it is not a clone or a replica, and no inspired-by fragrance is. What you get is the same masculine scent direction and note structure, blended by hand in the UK as a long-lasting Extrait de Parfum.
Worn side by side you would recognise the family resemblance straight away, and you would also notice differences in the opening and in how it settles on your skin. We think that is a fair trade at this price, but we would rather you know exactly what you are buying.
