Free UK delivery on every order Delivery is free to every UK address, whatever you order — a single 5ml sample or a bundle. No minimum spend, no codes. Made to order, dispatched fast Every fragrance is hand-blended in the UK when you order it. Orders are dispatched the same or next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). How long will it take? Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way, and you can also follow it in the Shop app. Outside the UK We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're elsewhere and would like to order, email sales@defragrances.co.uk and we'll see what we can do. Something wrong with your parcel? If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing or incorrect, email sales@defragrances.co.uk within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
